The following positions and requirements are listed below for upcoming projects to include the following:
1.
Eisenhower Tunnel Domestic Water Line, Fire Line and Water Treatment Facility Upgrade Specific Job
Experience:
Installing domestic/ potable water line with galvanized, ductile, epoxy lined and/ or HDPE pipe Victaulic Couplers Layout and Installation of pipe hanging systems Construction of a standpipe fire system Installation of water treatment skid Retrofitting to tie in to existing facilities.
Welding experience a PLUS! Essential Duties:
Must be able to comprehend instruction, drawings, and general correspondence.
Will be responsible for removing, repairing, fabricating, layout, installing, retrofitting, and testing piping systems according to job specifications and plans.
Read and understand P&ID's and isometric drawings to determine the scope of work, locations, quantities, appropriate tools and sizes of materials to properly and strategically layout pipes, water treatment skids and other plumbing systems Assembles fittings and valves for installation.
Familiar with grooving and threading of pipe Minimum Physical Requirements:
Working outside, inside, and in all types of weather.
Work in adverse locations including but not limited to high places, confined spaces, hazardous areas, etc.
Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools.
Ability to lift and carry 50
lbs.
Must have own transportation to and from jobsite location.
Must have valid driving license.
