What you'll do:
The Program Manager oversees daily operations for residential treatment dormitories, scheduling and logistics with clients, staff schedules, continuous quality improvement of the home, attends pre-placement staffing, CFTs and monthly treatment team meetings, training of new staff and annual training requirements of staff.
Holds the role of Designee when the Administrator is not present.
Primarily responsible for the quality delivery and ensuring client health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as well-as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices, and laws.
The Program Manager develops, implements, manages, and modifies the Rite of Passage program, and is responsible for:
Site operations, policies, and procedures.
Educational/vocational departments.
Safety, health and welfare of staff and students.
Representing as the chairperson for site Management Meeting.
Overseeing delivery of the Rite of Passage daily program.
Ensuring the program facilities are safe, clean, and well maintained.
Maintaining contact and open communication with student athletes.
Oversight of medical and food services and administration.
To be considered you must meet one of the following:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Six years of supervisory/management experience working with at-risk juveniles and their families.
Must meet requirements to be an eligible driver.
Must possess a current State Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
You must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
